Sama Solutions approaches employee experience (EX) holistically to increase the health of the entire organization. After expanding upon decades of research, Sama Solutions has identified the support that workers need from their organizations; from crucial basics to higher-level dimensions, the Sama PACT.
The Sama team has developed a unique and proprietary Assessment to collect data and capture the worker experience & meaningful outcomes. Using this data and other HR metrics we are able to create insightful linkages across the organization and provide a concrete direction for action.
The SAMA assessment also measures important outcomes for holistic employee wellness such as perceptions of stress, burnout, physical/mental wellbeing, and engagement. These outcomes are then linked to elements of the Sama PACT to better understand the worker experience.
